Removing the interference

Removing the interference is reducing the inner block that stands in the way of learning. Gallwey's formula is simple: performance is what remains when inner interference is subtracted from potential. Rather than adding something new to a person, one must dissolve what is stopping them. This is why the coach sometimes teaches nothing at all and only loosens fear or excessive effort. When the obstacle is removed, talent flows of its own accord.
