Self-actualizationMaslow
Self-actualization is a person's tendency to unfold their own potential. Abraham Maslow defines it as the highest level of development: becoming the person one is capable of becoming. It is not an arrival but an ongoing orientation. Coaching often works with the obstacles that stand in the way of this orientation. When a person is not held back, they flow toward growth.
