Frequently asked
Is the first meeting really free?
Yes. The first meeting is an introduction and it is free. Its purpose is not to sell; it is to hear what you are carrying and to see together whether we are a good fit.
Where do I start? What is the first step?
There is only one step: arranging an introductory meeting. Everything else becomes clear there, together, without rushing.
Coaching, mentoring or somatic therapy — which one is right for me?
You do not have to choose in advance. Three paths go through one door: in the first meeting we look together at which one suits you. Changing direction later is also possible.
I don’t quite know what I want yet — can I still come?
Of course. Clarity usually comes not at the end of the road but at the beginning, through talking. If you like, you can first see where you stand with the Life Wheel and then we can talk.
What do we talk about in the first meeting?
We listen to what brought you here; it is an introduction, not a diagnosis or a prescription. At the end, we decide together how to move forward.
How do I know if I am ready?
Readiness is not a feeling; it is a matter of intention. If you are curious, you have already taken a step; we can weigh the rest by talking.
I only want information — do I have to commit?
No. The introductory meeting comes with no strings attached; whether to continue is entirely up to you. Cevvela is not a subscription trap.
Instead of writing, can I call you — or can you call me?
Sure. Leave your number and we will call you at a convenient time; or book an appointment directly.
When you want to start with your own question
The first conversation is an introduction, free. No rush.
