Mentee responsibilities

Mentee responsibilities are the obligation to contribute to the relationship. Mentoring is not only something the mentor gives; the mentee too is bound to own the process, to prepare, and to apply what they receive. Keeping the relationship alive depends largely on the mentee taking on this responsibility. A mentee who waits passively gets little even from the best mentor. The real progress of mentoring often happens through the mentee's own effort.
