Hunger to learn

Hunger to learn is the mentee's heartfelt desire to grow. This hunger pushes the mentee to ask questions, to try, and to step beyond their own comfort. However experienced the mentor may be, they can give very little to a mentee who is not hungry to learn. This desire is the strongest driving force of the process. A person hungry to learn draws something even from an ordinary meeting.
