Creating opportunities

Creating opportunities is the mentor opening new doors and possibilities for the mentee. This can take the form of introducing the mentee to the right people or moving them into an arena where they will gain visibility. The mentor's experience and network can unlock doors the mentee could not easily reach alone. Creating an opportunity is not succeeding in the mentee's place but offering them a ground on which they can succeed. Walking through the opened door still falls to the mentee.
