Virtual mentoring

Virtual mentoring is the relationship carried out from a distance, through digital tools. Geographic distance ceases to be an obstacle; mentor and mentee can be in different cities, even different countries. This form widens access, but it requires extra care to catch some of the subtleties of the face-to-face relationship and the moments that arise spontaneously. Virtual mentoring, when set up well, offers flexibility and accessibility. The screen closes the distance between them, but the bond is still built with effort.
