Group mentoring

Group mentoring is one mentor guiding several mentees at the same time. The value of this form is not only the mentor's contribution; the mentees also learn from one another's questions and experiences. A question asked by one person often unties a knot in the whole group's mind. Group mentoring lets the mentor use their time efficiently while also creating a learning community.
