Cohort mentoring

Cohort mentoring is a structure in which a group of mentees progress together within the same program. It resembles group mentoring, but here the emphasis is on the community itself, formed by people sharing the same journey. Cohort members also bond with one another and support each other throughout the process. This structure combines individual development with a collective experience. A group advancing together is often more resilient than an individual advancing alone.
