Inspiring

Inspiring is the mentor kindling the desire and the fire within the mentee. This is not a pressure from outside but a spark from within; the mentee sees in their mentor a living example of a possibility and finds the courage for their own step. An inspiring mentor does not tell the mentee what to do; they let them feel what is possible. This skill feeds motivation not from outside but from within. A desire that comes from within is often the longest-lasting one.
