DISC
DISC is a profiling tool that describes a person's behavioral style across four main tendencies. Its acronym looks at four styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Its roots lie in the work of the psychologist William Marston. This tool is used especially in the context of communication and teams; it makes visible why people behave in different ways and how they can get along better with one another. The coach helps the client relate more consciously by recognizing both their own style and others' styles.
