Coaching is not a static profession; new approaches, research, and methods develop constantly. Professional bodies require a certain effort of development for the maintenance of certification. But the real matter is not fulfilling a requirement but the coach's commitment to their own practice. A continually learning coach both contributes more to their clients and preserves their own professional vitality.
