Constructive feedback

Constructive feedback gives criticism not to tear down but to serve growth. While pointing at the problem, it also offers a direction or a possibility; it does not leave the person exposed. Its tone is not accusing but aimed at a shared solution: "that did not work, how can we do it better together?" The intent is not to belittle the other but to be honest because one values them. Destructive criticism closes; constructive feedback opens a door.
