Co-active coaching

Co-active coaching positions the coach and the client as two equal and active parties. This school, founded by Laura Whitworth, Henry Kimsey-House, and Karen Kimsey-House (CTI), holds the client to be naturally creative and resourceful. The focus shifts from the problem to be solved to the client's whole life and who they want to be. The coach poses the question, but the direction is co-created. The 'co' in its name points to precisely this co-creation.
