The pelvic floor
The pelvic floor is the layer of muscle that supports the lower part of the pelvic region. These muscles both carry the inner organs and are related to posture, breath, and regulation. Tension or slackness in the pelvic floor can affect the body's general balance and grounding. This region is part of the body's basic support. The pelvic floor plays a quiet role in the body's load-bearing ground.
