OSKAR

OSKAR is the coaching model of the solution-focused tradition. Its acronym stands for Outcome, Scale, Know-how, Affirm, and Review. Mark McKergow and Paul Z. Jackson developed this structure in their work The Solutions Focus. Rather than digging into the problem, it looks at the desired outcome and at what already works. It is not the question "why does the problem exist?" but "what could you do more of to move forward?"
