ACHIEVE

ACHIEVE is a model that breaks GROW down into finer steps. Its acronym extends to seven steps: assessing the current situation, creatively generating options, honing the goal, examining reality, weighing the options, initiating action, and evaluating and nurturing the process. Sabine Dembkowski and Fiona Eldridge developed this framework. It suits conversations that call for more steps and more structure. An experienced coach often does not need this many steps.
