Mid-point review
A mid-point review is stopping at the midpoint of the process and looking at how much ground has been covered. This is done both to make progress visible and to test whether the direction is still right; the initial goals may have changed or new priorities may have appeared. A mid-point review keeps the process alive and, when needed, realigns it. When one never stops to look, the process can blindly continue toward an old goal. The coach, together with the client, reviews what is working, what needs to change, and where to head from here.
