Global listening

Global listening is the third level, which senses beyond the words the whole of the room, its energy, and its atmosphere. In Co-Active coaching it is called Level 3. The coach perceives not only what is said but also what is left unsaid, the tension in the surroundings, or a sudden lightening. It is like a musician hearing not only the notes but the whole hall. Listening at this level feeds intuition and lets the coach sense which moment matters.
