Program evaluation

Program evaluation is the measuring of the outcomes of a mentoring program. To understand whether the program is working, indicators such as participant satisfaction, goal attainment, and long-term impact are tracked. This evaluation makes the program's strengths and weaknesses visible and allows it to be improved over time. A program that is not measured runs blindly. A regular evaluation reveals the program's true value.
