Matching system

A matching system is the arrangement that finds suitable mentor and mentee pairs. Especially in large programs, deciding who is paired with whom is a process in its own right; this system tries to form the right pairs while keeping goals, needs, and personalities in view. A good matching system lays the foundation of a program's success. Wrong matches, on the other hand, can render even the best-designed program ineffective.
