Managers

Managers are a group that receives coaching in a context where the pressure of decision-making and leadership is intense. Often the hard part is not making the difficult decision itself but not knowing with whom to talk it over; a person at a senior level carries vulnerabilities they cannot open up about to those around them. While managing others, a manager can be left without a space in which to clarify their own thinking. Coaching fills precisely this gap. The coach becomes for the manager a non-judgmental thinking partner and an honest mirror.
