Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs come to coaching as a group who work with constant uncertainty and high risk. A venture carries, alongside the work itself, a heavy emotional load; a person often identifies their identity with the business they have built, and so lives every setback personally. Loneliness too is a frequent part of this road; there is not always someone to share the weight of decisions. The coach offers the entrepreneur both a space of strategic thinking and a support in which they can bear this weight. The greatest obstacle is often not in the market but within the entrepreneur themselves.
