Leadership coaching

Leadership coaching focuses on developing a person's capacity to give direction to others and to influence them. It overlaps with executive coaching, but it is not confined to the senior level; it can work with a person carrying a leadership role at any level. Its topics often revolve around decision-making, building teams, giving feedback, and managing difficult situations. Leadership is less a list of techniques than a way of being; therefore coaching touches both skills and the leader's relationship with themselves. The coach helps the leader recognize both their strengths and their blind spots.
