Network expansion

Network expansion is the growth of the mentee's circle of relationships. By introducing the mentee to people in their own network, the mentor brings them new connections; these new relationships open the door to opportunities and resources. A widening network enlarges the mentee's world and possibilities. This is one of the most tangible assets that mentoring brings to the mentee. Whom you meet often determines how far you will go.
