Mentee progress

Mentee progress is the road covered since the beginning of the process. It shows how close the mentee has come to their goals and how they have changed; progress is sometimes a great leap, sometimes small but steady steps. Tracking this journey shows both mentee and mentor the value of the process. Seeing progress often feeds the energy needed to keep up the effort. Looking back at how far one has come makes going forward easier.
