The limit of naming
Not every experience can be fully put into words; naming stops somewhere, and what lies beyond remains in silence. Naming a feeling clarifies it, yet at the same time leaves part of it outside. This limit is not a deficiency of language but a sign that lived experience is wider than language. Inner work accepts that what cannot be spoken also has its place.
