Camus’s language carries an epic, unshakable dignity. With “I rebel — therefore we exist,” he turns our existence into shared resistance against injustice. Leadership is not blind conformity to the system; it is being able, when necessary, to bang your fist on the table and say stop to injustice. Camus argues that true rebellion means drawing a line, and he also criticizes how revolutions turn into tyranny. It is a rebuttal written against spineless managers who say yes to everything. As you read, you realize that with every injustice you keep silent about, you steal a piece of your own humanity.
