Regular meetings
Regular meetings are the rhythm that gives the relationship continuity. Mentoring draws its strength not from occasional random conversations but from a steady tempo; this continuity both deepens trust and makes progress possible. Regular meetings let the mentee feel continually supported and let the mentor follow development closely. This rhythm is the basis of keeping the relationship alive. Where there is no continuity, even the best intention scatters over time.
