The tools in the Discover section (Emotion Mirror, Life Wheel, Career Compass and others) are based on scientifically developed, publicly available self-assessment frameworks. None of them provides a medical or psychological diagnosis; their purpose is to offer a mirror you can look into from the outside.
These are not diagnostic tools
The results of these tests are not a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation, and are not a substitute for assessment by a professional (doctor, psychologist, therapist). Scores only indicate a tendency; a “high” score does not mean an illness. If your results worry you, or you are experiencing something that disrupts your daily life, please consult a professional.
Scientific basis and sources
Each test draws on the method and dimension framework of a recognized scale, and the relevant citation appears at the bottom of each page. For example, the Emotion Mirror is based on Gratz and Roemer’s Difficulties in Emotion Regulation framework (DERS, 2004; Turkish validation Rugancı & Gençöz, 2010). Standard dimension and item counts are preserved; the items are written originally by Cevvela in Turkish, English and French.
Your answers and privacy
Your test answers are computed in your browser and are not tied to an account. When you opt into the “deep mirror” feature, only your dimension scores are sent so the AI can produce a personal reflection; those scores are not stored. For details, see the Privacy & Cookies and KVKK pages.
When to seek a professional
If a test result points to intense difficulty across several dimensions, or you feel persistently low, hopeless, or out of control, you don’t have to carry it alone. Talking to a coach, mentor, therapist or doctor makes a real difference. If you are in acute distress, please reach out to a professional or emergency services without delay.
